- A chargeback occurs when a customer contacts their card issuer to dispute a charge from IBSSP. The card issuer temporarily withdraws the funds from our account, and the business is required to respond to the dispute.

Eligibility for Chargebacks

Users may file a chargeback for reasons including, but not limited to:

- Unauthorized Transaction: If the customer claims that the transaction was fraudulent or unauthorized.

- Duplicate Charges: If the customer was charged multiple times for the same service. Before Filing a Chargeback

- We encourage Users to first contact us to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. Our team is available at payments@ibssp.com and can often address concerns faster than going through the chargeback process.

Response to Chargebacks

Chargeback Fees

Chargeback Process Timeline

- The typical chargeback process takes up to 60-90 days, depending on the card issuer and nature of the dispute. IBSSP will provide updates throughout the investigation and work to resolve the matter efficiently.

Any disputes that arise from a chargeback will be handled in accordance with the Terms outlined in this section.


7. User conduct

Upon termination of a User account, the User access to the Services or Website will be immediately revoked. The User will lose access to all data and content associated with their account. IBSSP may also, at its discretion, delete data and content associated with the terminated account, based on our Privacy Policy.

IBSSP does not tolerate spam. Users are prohibited from sending unsolicited or commercial emails to other Users. If IBSSP determines that a User is violating this policy, IBSSP may terminate the User account or access on our Website.


10. Governing Law and dispute resolution

If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute amicably, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the ECC (commission.europa.eu) for customers inside European Union and ODR (ec.europa.eu) for customers outside European Union in order to resolve disputes in an efficient and convenient manner without going to Court.

Any legal disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions and the use of our Services or Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the State and County associated with IBSSP location of registration, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10.3 Jurisdiction
